  Ensure your items are in their original, sealed packaging and have not been used, as hygiene regulations prevent us from accepting opened hair treatments.

  Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization code and the correct shipping address.

  Pack Securely

  Carefully package your syrups to prevent leakage or damage during transit, including a note with your name and order number inside the parcel.

  Ship and Refund

  Send your package via a tracked service; once our warehouse inspects the items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
